Item Guarantee Policy
We know that our consignors work hard not only to tag their items, but also to buy them in the first place. Therefore, we have resolved to guarantee all yellow-tagged items priced at over $10. This helps our consignors avoid losing money on their pricier items due to loss or theft. In order to guarantee your item, it MUST be logged in at the time it is dropped off at the sale. If your item does not sell, and it is not returned to you at the conclusion of the sale due to loss or theft, we will STILL pay you the consignor portion of the sale price.
